  • Your questionnaire answers and photos are sent directly to our analyst by email and are not permanently stored on our servers.
  • After your report is completed and delivered, all submitted data (answers and photos) is deleted.
  • Only a minimal record is kept: your email, age, and submission status — for order fulfillment and support purposes.
  • If email delivery fails, photos are stored temporarily in a protected directory and deleted after the report is delivered.

    Minimal submission records (email, age, status) are retained for up to 12 months for support and order reference. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

    If you purchase Structured Focus Tracks, your email is used to verify access. Audio access tokens expire after 30 days. No listening data is stored or shared.
