Almost every “free life coaching” result on Google is a free trial that turns into a subscription. This one isn’t. One hour of actual coaching with Justin — over chat, audio, or video — with no payment to book and no obligation after. If it helped, you decide what it was worth.
If you typed “free online life coach” into Google, you’ve probably already clicked through three or four pages that turned out to be either a free intro call selling you a £2,000 program, an AI chatbot pretending to be a coach, or a forum where strangers offer unhelpful one-liners. This is none of those.
What “free” actually means here
One hour. Real human. No card on file. No funnel. No discovery call before the real call. The session is the session. You book by filling a short form, I reply within 24 hours to schedule, and we meet for an hour over the format you chose. After the session, if it helped, I send a Pay What You Want link. Any amount, including nothing. The donation is voluntary and after-the-fact — not before, not implied, not required.
Why does this exist? Because I have a few hours a day to give to people who need an outside view but can’t afford traditional coaching rates. Most coaches charge €80–200 per hour. That’s reasonable for sustained engagement, but it locks out the person who just needs one good conversation. This is for them.
Who I am, briefly
I’m Justinas. Background in strategic analysis and brand positioning — including projects with Samsung and Vinted — alongside a parallel life as a composer. I’ve spent years reading people and situations professionally, which is the actual transferable skill here. I’m a coach, not a licensed psychologist. What we actually do in an hour
People bring all kinds of things. A career that has slowly stopped fitting. A relationship that feels off in a way they can’t name. A decision that has been waiting too long. A quiet sense that life is moving without them. A persistent “is this it?” underneath a successful exterior.
We don’t do generic frameworks. We slow your situation down enough that you can see it. We name what’s actually in the way — usually it’s more specific than “I’m lost.” We find the strengths you’ve stopped seeing in yourself. We end with one or two small, concrete steps that you actually want to take. Not should. Want.
How this is different from common alternatives
vs. therapy: Therapy is clinical, ongoing, and built for working through mental-health conditions. This is one structured conversation about life direction. Different tool. (If you need therapy, please get therapy.)
vs. paid coaching programs: Most paid coaches need 8–12 weeks to be financially viable. Sometimes one hour is what you needed. Here you can get just that hour.
vs. AI chatbots: A chatbot can mirror you back. It cannot push back honestly when you’re telling yourself a story that doesn’t add up. A human can.
vs. friends and family: They love you, which is exactly the problem. They have opinions about your life and emotional stake in your choices. An outside view that doesn’t need anything from you is a different category.
vs. self-help content: Books and frameworks give you general principles. You need someone to read your specifics.
Anonymous, if you want
You don’t need to use your real name. You don’t need to share your photo. If chat is what feels safe, we use chat. If you want video off, video stays off. There’s nothing to log into. Nothing recorded. What you share with me stays with me.
How to book
Go to the booking page and write a few honest sentences about what’s on your mind. Pick a format and language (English or Lithuanian). I reply personally within 24 hours, usually sooner. We agree on a time. We meet for an hour.
